Three hours. One real problem. A room full of women who get it. Whether you run a company, work inside one, or just left one — Assembly Required workshops are built for women who are done with theory and ready to move.

Something isn’t adding up.
You’re experienced. You’re capable. By most measures, you’re doing well. But there’s a gap between where you are and where you know you could be — and it’s not because you’re not working hard enough. You’re working too hard. On the wrong things. Without the right room.
None of that is a you problem. It’s a resources problem. And that’s exactly what these workshops are built to solve.
and you feel the guilt of wanting to charge more — even though you’ve earned it.
without a framework, a sounding board, or anyone who truly gets what you’re building.
but you’re not sure where to actually start — and the hype is exhausting.
Pick the workshop that’s most urgent right now, or work through the series over time. Either way works.
Inspiration fades by Tuesday. Tools, frameworks, and decisions you’ve actually made don’t.
The facilitators are practitioners. The women in the room are peers. What gets shared here doesn’t happen in a Google search.

We built this because the existing options weren’t built for you.
Most business education was designed by people who didn’t have to fight for the room. The networks, the capital, the informal mentorship that happens after the meeting — women have been working around those gaps for decades. We’re done working around them.
Assembly Required exists to close the gap directly. Every workshop is built and taught by practitioners who are in it — not academics talking about it. The content is specific, the time is protected, and the room is intentionally small.
You already have the intelligence. This is where you get the advantage.
AI, Actually: Claim Your Advantage
The workshop for women who are done watching AI become someone else’s competitive edge.
Everyone is talking about AI. Very few people are showing you how to actually use it inside your specific work, for your specific goals, in a way that sticks past the weekend you tried it.
This workshop cuts through the noise. You’ll leave with a clear picture of where AI fits in your business or career right now, a set of tools you’ll open on Monday, and a strategy built for how you actually operate.
- A personal AI audit — where it fits, where it doesn’t, and what to tackle first
- Hands-on time with tools that are actually worth your attention
- A repeatable process for using AI as a thinking partner, not just a shortcut
- Clarity on where AI gives women a specific, structural advantage — and how to claim it

Eight workshops. Each one built around a problem you actually have.
Take the one that’s most urgent right now or work through the series over time. Every workshop is a complete experience — no required order, no pressure to commit to all of them.
Make AI actually work inside your specific career or business — strategic, practical, and built for women ready to stop experimenting and start using it.
One core idea becomes content across multiple platforms — without the constant posting, without the grind, and without burning out before anyone sees it.
If you’ve ever lowered your price before anyone asked — this one is for you. Real market research, real data, a number you can stand behind.
A structured full-day experience where you use AI as a thinking partner to redesign what work looks like on your own terms.
Simple on purpose.
Find the one that hits closest to where you are right now. Each page has the full description, outcomes, and who it’s built for. Not sure? Start with AI, Actually or reach out.
Registration is straightforward. You’ll get a confirmation with everything you need — date, location or link, and what to bring. Most workshops run three hours.
This is a working session, not a lecture. You’ll think, build, and decide. The format is designed so you can actually participate — not just keep up.
No complicated onboarding. No 12-week commitment. Just show up and do the work.
Don’t take our word for it.
Finally gave me a framework I could actually use. I walked in overwhelmed and walked out with a plan.
I’ve been to a lot of workshops. This was the first one where I left with something I used the same week.
I was in the middle of a career change and had no idea what my next move was. This room helped me find it.
We’re in our founding season. Join an upcoming workshop and your voice could be the one that helps the next woman say yes.
One day. One real problem. A room full of women who get it.
Assembly Required · Workshop Series for WomenThe cost of waiting isn’t zero.
Every month you spend undercharging, overdoing, and deciding alone is a month that belongs to someone else’s timeline. The women who are pulling ahead right now aren’t smarter than you. They just found the room sooner.
- You stop making decisions in a vacuum and start making them with clarity
- You walk away with tools and frameworks you’ll use the same week
- You sit across from women building at your level — and realize you’re not as alone as you thought
- You leave knowing your next move

Built from the inside. In the room with you.
We’re not consultants who studied this problem from a distance. We’re two women who have run businesses, navigated career pivots, and sat in rooms where we were the only ones who looked like us — and we’re still very much in the middle of building something ourselves.
We created Assembly Required because the school we needed didn’t exist and we got tired of waiting for someone else to build it. Everything in this series comes directly from what we’ve learned, what we’ve tested, and what we’ve watched work for women at every stage of the journey.
We didn’t build this to teach from a stage. We built it to be in the room with you. Because we believe the smartest thing any of us can do right now is stop figuring it out alone.
Not sure where to start?
Find out where you are in the build.
We created The Assembly Assessment for exactly this moment — when you know something needs to change but you’re not sure what to tackle first. In less than five minutes you’ll get a clear picture of where you’re strong, where you’re stuck, and which workshop is the right next move.
- Where you’re leaving time, money, or opportunity on the table
- Whether your biggest gap is strategy, systems, visibility, or something else entirely
- Which Assembly Required workshop is the most valuable place for you to start
Things women ask us before they register.
Here are the ones we hear most often.
Both. Each listing clearly notes the format. In-person workshops are held in Colorado. Virtual workshops are designed to be just as interactive — not a webinar you watch from your couch.
Not at all. These workshops are built for women who are running a business, building a career inside a company, navigating a transition, or figuring out what comes next. If the description sounds like your life, you belong in the room.
No. Each workshop is a complete experience on its own. Start wherever it feels most urgent. Many women find that one workshop naturally leads them to the next — but there’s no required sequence.
Most workshops run more than once. Join the waitlist and you’ll be first to know when new dates are added.
We stand behind the work. If you attend a workshop and don’t feel you got real value from it, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. We’d rather have a conversation than a transaction.
