A full day for women who are ready to redesign what work looks like on their own terms — using AI as a thinking partner, the room as a sounding board, and the time as a real investment in what comes next.
Most people don't give themselves a full day to work on their direction instead of just getting through it. This is that day. The room is small. The work is real. You'll leave with more clarity and momentum than a month of trying to carve out thinking time on your own.
What you'll work through
- Self-assessment. Map what you're built for, what drains you, and what your work should actually look like.
- Hands-on automation. See real workflows built live, then build one yourself — for your specific situation.
- Structured matchmaking. Pre-matched 1:1 conversations with women whose strengths complement yours.
- Transformation canvas. Small-group work on the question that matters most: what do I want my work to look like, and how do I get there?
- One next action. You leave with a specific commitment, written down and shared with people who will hold you to it.
What you'll leave with
A personal clarity map, one working AI automation you built yourself, a transformation canvas with your next move written down, and a room full of women who know what you're building. Plus a built-in accountability structure — pairs, a shared community, and a follow-up session — so the momentum doesn't disappear by Thursday.
Who this is for
- You're running a business and buried under the parts you didn't sign up for
- You're in a career transition and want to design what's next intentionally
- You're re-entering the workforce, pivoting, or stepping into something new
- You're established but the operational weight is crowding out the work you love
- You want a real working day — not a lecture, not a panel
How the day runs
The day is structured but not rigid. Morning sessions (9am–12pm) cover AI strategy, workflow, and content systems — building the operational foundation. Lunch is provided and the conversation continues informally.
Afternoon sessions (1pm–5pm) shift to vision, pricing, and integrated planning — pulling everything together into a coherent 90-day plan. The last hour is dedicated to peer review: you'll present your plan and get real feedback from the room.
The room stays small — this is not a conference. It's a working session with a group of women who are serious about what they're building.
